Cathy graduated from Lake Brantley High School, Valencia Community College and received her under graduate degree from UCF (University of Central Florida – Go Golden Knights!!!) receiving the J.C.Aspley Honors Scholarship in Marketing.

Cathy worked for 18 years in the Hospitality business which she now refers to as “her previous life” at both the local hotel and corporate levels. She learned and thrived in a business during a time when Orlando was becoming quickly over built and competitive in the hotel and tourism market. During her years in the hotel and hospitality business she mastered many of the marketing skills that now prove so useful and innovative in her Real Estate career. Cathy was able to excel in a deeply oversaturated market by implementing creative strategies.

After leaving the hotel business, Cathy went on to apply her marketing expertise in the emerging and (at that time) new internet business by marketing and selling website, helping clients write copy and sharing her marketing skills with them. She believed completely in this new technology and won over many non-believers who now thank her for putting far ahead of curve and having a early internet presence. Cathy now is working toward bring those same success strategies and skills to her clients and customers who wish to sell and/or purchase homes, vacation property and land during what many to believe to be a difficult market and knowing it is in these times we have the most opportunities!

In her free time Cathy enjoys her dogs Rosie and Cutter, cooking, scrapbooking, reading and spending time with her wonderful partner and husband of 24 years. Cathy is also an Independent Dealer for Origami Owl Living Lockets and that is a new passion for her.
